Dr Taraz is a multicultural, multilingual individual who graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in the United Kingdom. His own background and interpersonal skills, paired with his diverse educational experience both locally and internationally makes him a natural communicator, speaking fluent English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.

Currently the Vice President of the Sports Chiropractic Council Malaysia, Dr Taraz has had plenty of first-hand experience with both team and individual sports as an athlete as well as a coach. He strives to help athletes reach their personal goals and pushes them to perform at their highest capacity. Alongside this, he dreams to one day represent the country in raising the standards of local sports through sports rehabilitation and performance.

Dr Taraz agrees with integrated medicine. He believes an illness or disease must be viewed in its entirety; only by doing so are we able to provide care of the highest standard for patients. He is also a member of the Association of Chiropractic Malaysia (ACM).

My passion lies in seeing every client heal through our facilitation, guided by a holistic philosophy that addresses the physical and psychological health of the whole person, believing that Energy and the power of Love are fundamental to healing and supported by targeted Activation through movement.

I strive to create an environment that offers professional treatment with a homely and comfortable feeling. With 16 years of practice since obtaining my Professional Diploma in Fitness and Personal Training (2009) and Certificate in Manual Therapy (2010), I specialize in treating a variety of sportsmen and sporting injuries, complex spinal issues, and providing compassionate elderly care.

Outside the clinic, I find balance in hands-on activities like repairing cars and DIY projects, and through movement activities like cycling, hiking, and sports. I am fluent in Malay and English.

My commitment to physiotherapy is driven by the most rewarding moment: hearing patients say they are finally pain-free after a long struggle, and even more so when they share that they've had a restful night's sleep because of it.

My care is grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens when therapy treats the root cause, not just the symptoms. I strive to create a practical, hands-on healing experience that combines appropriate exercises with effective soft-tissue and manual techniques, guiding patients toward long-term recovery rather than temporary relief.

With 15 years of clinical experience since completing my Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Manipal University, India, I specialize in Manual Therapy & Soft-Tissue Release, Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation, Chronic Pain Management, and Women's Health and Postpartum Recovery.

Beyond the clinic, I find balance and joy in reading fiction, allowing me to unwind and stay curious. I am fluent in English, Malay, and Tamil.

What I love most about my work is helping people reconnect with themselves—to rediscover hope, confidence, and self-compassion. My philosophy is simple: everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood as they move toward healing and growth, and I strive to create a supportive, confidential environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered.

I have been practicing physiotherapy for 8 years after completing my diploma at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care College and my degree at Mahsa University, during which I have gained certifications in Dry Needling and Taping.

My experience spans diverse setups, allowing me to develop expertise in Musculoskeletal and Neurological cases, as well as Sport Injuries. I recently spent a year fully dedicated to sport injuries at the National Sport Institute, treating national team athletes, and I also enjoy treating neurological cases from my time at PCMC.

To maintain my own balance and endurance, I enjoy indoor cycling 2-3 times a week and running in my free time. I communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu, and also know a little bit of Mandarin.

My inspiration comes from the moments when a client's strength turns into confidence, and control comes naturally, when a movement suddenly 'clicks.' The true essence of my classes is a journey toward awareness, strength, and the best physical version of you.

I strive to create an experience where movement transforms confidence, energy, and overall wellbeing, focusing each session on improving posture, core strength, balance, and mobility while cultivating awareness through every breath and repetition; a space to find your flow, one mindful movement at a time.

I am a Stott-trained Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor with additional qualifications in Personal Training, Pre/Postnatal Pilates, and Aero Yoga. For over 15 years, I've been teaching the art of mindful movement. Drawing from my own experience as an athlete, I offer tailored classes designed specifically for long-distance runners, swimmers, cyclists, and tennis/golf players.

Beyond the studio, I stay balanced by enjoying the great outdoors, especially through trail running and venturing into Triathlon, and discovering new music venues. I am fluent in English and Russian.
