About Us

Alastor graduated from International Medical University with a degree in Chiropractic and has experience working with athletes from various sporting backgrounds. As a former representative of Team Malaysia in cheerleading, he understands the physical demands of high-level athletic performance, training, and recovery. His background as an athlete as well as coach allows him to better relate to individuals dealing with sports injuries, movement limitations, and returning to activity safely and confidently.

Throughout his clinical experience, Alastor has worked closely with athletes from different sports, focusing on injury management, rehabilitation, recovery, and performance care. He believes in providing patient-centred care tailored to each individual’s lifestyle, goals, and needs.

He is also fluent in English, Malay, and Chinese, allowing him to communicate comfortably with patients from diverse backgrounds.

My commitment to physiotherapy is driven by the most rewarding moment: hearing patients say they are finally pain-free after a long struggle, and even more so when they share that they've had a restful night's sleep because of it.

My care is grounded in the belief that meaningful healing happens when therapy treats the root cause, not just the symptoms. I strive to create a practical, hands-on healing experience that combines appropriate exercises with effective soft-tissue and manual techniques, guiding patients toward long-term recovery rather than temporary relief.

With 15 years of clinical experience since completing my Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Manipal University, India, I specialize in Manual Therapy & Soft-Tissue Release, Sports Injuries & Rehabilitation, Chronic Pain Management, and Women's Health and Postpartum Recovery.

Beyond the clinic, I find balance and joy in reading fiction, allowing me to unwind and stay curious. I am fluent in English, Malay, and Tamil.

What I love most about my work is helping people reconnect with themselves—to rediscover hope, confidence, and self-compassion. My philosophy is simple: everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood as they move toward healing and growth, and I strive to create a supportive, confidential environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered.

I have been practicing physiotherapy for 8 years after completing my diploma at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care College and my degree at Mahsa University, during which I have gained certifications in Dry Needling and Taping.

My experience spans diverse setups, allowing me to develop expertise in Musculoskeletal and Neurological cases, as well as Sport Injuries. I recently spent a year fully dedicated to sport injuries at the National Sport Institute, treating national team athletes, and I also enjoy treating neurological cases from my time at PCMC.

To maintain my own balance and endurance, I enjoy indoor cycling 2-3 times a week and running in my free time. I communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu, and also know a little bit of Mandarin.
